Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in producing high-quality prints. Due to the nature of fine art printing, we follow the rules below:
1. Returns
Because prints are made to order, we generally do not accept returns.
Exceptions may be made for:
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged prints
- Quality issues inconsistent with our standards
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after returned items are inspected and approved.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Exchanges
If your print arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
We may request photos of the issue before approving an exchange.
4. Non-returnable Items
- Custom-sized prints
- Custom-framed prints
- Darkroom unique or hand prints
- Discounted or final-sale items
