These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online store (the “Site”) and the purchase of products offered through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

I offer original prints of my photographs, created with attention to quality and durability. Each print is produced on high-quality archival paper that faithfully reproduces the colour, contrast and texture of the image.

The prints are available in several formats, making it easy to match them to the space where they will be displayed.

On request, I can prepare a print in a format other than the standard ones and frame it in a style of your choice, tailored to a particular interior or aesthetic. There is also the option to order a unique darkroom-made print, which gives the photograph a one-of-a-kind, collectible quality.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to interfere with the Site’s functionality or security.

2. Products and Orders

We offer fine art prints and related products. All items are subject to availability.

By placing an order, you agree that:

You understand that colors, tones, and details of prints may vary slightly due to screen calibration and printing processes

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or inaccuracies.

Prices are displayed in PLN, EUR. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Payment must be completed at checkout through approved payment providers.

4. Shipping

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. All delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of photographic prints and custom orders, returns are accepted only under specific conditions described in our Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on the Site are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased.
